A new Casper mattress and a Keurig will ensure you have a restful night's sleep & an energized morning! This is a host owned and operated listing so you'll have a guide and real assistance should you need it (and complete privacy if you don't). The space This unit has a private entrance and use of the shared back yard. The space has a small footprint, but packs a punch! We have a pull-out couch for entertainment and extra sleeping when needed. There is a 55-inch user-friendly flat screen smart TV, offering preset Netflix and Hulu accounts. There is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig(with pods) in the 'kitchenette', with dishware and utensils for your use. You'll have use of the driveway and there is plenty of street parking for additional guests... but why park here all day when you are a mile away from downtown and 2 miles away from one of the most historic beaches in South Florida! Guest access You will have the north side of the house available to you and private entrance into the room via keypad lock. There is a private bathroom in the unit. You have full use of the backyard and patio area. **Some people have been confused - This room is attached to the main house, but there is NO shared space (other than outside patio). ** We ask that there be absolutely no smoking in the home. If you do smoke, please do so outside and dispose of butts in designated area. Smoking in the home will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Other things to note The air conditioning is controlled by the main house, so if you have special needs for temperature, please let us know and we will accommodate best we can! Two personal fans and a space heater are also provided in the room. Please be vocal about your needs and we will gladly accommodate since we live on property.
