This home is located a quarter mile from downtown Boalsburg, within walking distance to Duffy's Tavern, Kelly's, and the Pump Station. With two living rooms, you can spread out in the home and enjoy some down time before you head over for the 10 minute drive to campus. The space The home sits on a half acre of land that backs up to Stan Yoder Nature Preserve. Feel free to use the outdoor basketball hoop, grill, and firepit during your stay. Bedroom #1 has a queen sized bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin bed. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds. There is also a double bed pull out couch on the main floor. There will be a lock box with key for entry upon your arrival. At the house, renters will not have access to the garage and basement. Guest access The home has a long driveway that can easily hold 4 -6 cars.
