★ Our villa is spacious and perfectly suited for both large families ★ It is located in northern Morocco, sea view with an extraordinary sunset. We made it comfortable and mixed the modern with the traditional to make it a real family cocoon for an unforgettable stay. Both adults and children will find enduring memories. About ten minutes from the city of Asilah with its historic ramparts... The space FUNCTIONAL AND WARM★ VILLA ★ The villa is suitable to accommodate various groups, ranging from a couple, families of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 people, up to a maximum of 15 people. The villa includes: - Two large living rooms including one, sea view. - A dining room with a traditional and friendly table for 12 to 14 people (sea view). - An equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, blender...: everything you need for a great meal. - A prayer room with its ablution area and library for lovers of reading and siesta:) - A children's room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds (bunk beds). - Two master bedrooms overlooking the sea. - An outbuilding with 1 beds and 2 sofas (Open from 12 people). - Each bedroom has its own bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet and sink. - 2 outdoor terraces with sofa including a sea view and a great sunset. - A cloakroom close to the pool: toilet, sink and shower. Extremely convenient as kids don't need to get into the house to go pee:) - An outdoor shower in front of the pool so you can get wet before jumping into the water. ★ FOR BBQ LOVERS ★ - Outdoor kitchen: BBQ, traditional oven, dining table for 14, lounge area, sink, and electrical outlet. ★ FOR THE LITTLE ONES BUT ALSO FOR THE BIG ONES ★ - Synthetic soccer field: a great space for family fun and finally see what MOM is worth on the foot:) - Playground with swing, slide and climbing wall. - Petanque court with balls for the little ones and others for the more confirmed. ★ THE POOL ★ - Large 12.50 meter long swimming pool that will allow you to do a few laps, teach your child to swim or simply have fun with great dives. - The pool is cleaned every day, in the morning very early by the caretaker. A pool attendant comes twice a week in the early morning to control chlorine, ph... ★ RANDONEE AND THE BEACH ★ Yes, the villa is located in a perfect location to do some hikes and discover beautiful scenery. And by walking a little, you'll come face to face with the beautiful sandy beach of Sidi Mghayth or Rmilat. ★ TEQBALL ★ - Table popular with the older ones: Maradona, Neymar, Zidane... see the photos. - Ping pong table. ★ OF THE SCREW TO FACE? ★ - The villa as well as everything it includes (gardens, swimming pool, terraces, balconies,...) are totally private. There will be only you in the house. - The pool as well as the garden (soccer field, playground) are NOT OVERLOOKED. You will be totally quiet to sunbathe, have fun and enjoy the magnificent view. Guest access The villa is located about fifteen minutes from the town of Assilah. About 800 meters of track will separate you from the villa from the road: "I pass without worries with a Dacia logan:)". You can park two cars within the Villa. For the third, it will have to be left outside under the sharp eye of our caretaker. For shopping or just for a stroll you will be in: - About 8 km to Asilah town. - About 40 km from the city of Tangier (ibn batouta airport). Other things to note ★ MEALS ★ - You can ask Fatima and Kaouthar to make meals. A menu, a map will be given to you with any meals that our two blue cords can prepare for you. For example: "Mint tea with aromatic plants accompanied by a dozen Moroccan crepe (msmen) 80 dhs (€8)". - You will have to make your request the day before for the next day to facilitate the organization. - The price of meals is to be given directly to the stoves. ★ HOUSEKEEPING ★ - Cleaning is included in the price due to four hours per day. - Our very discreet housekeeper will come by in the morning so you can always have a nice house and so you will fully enjoy your vacation. ★ WIFI ★ We don't have wifi. And what does it feel good! If this is really a need, you will be able to use the 4G on your smartphone. ★ The TV ★ A TV is available in the living room. HDMI cable available.
