It’s relatively near the airport, just 10-15 minutes’ taxi ride. You’ll love the great view of the newly built Cebu-Cordova Bridge, the harbor, SM Seaside, and the skyline of the island of Mactan. The space Our studio unit is on the 18th floor of Building 101 of Saekyung 956, Looc, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. Great for travelers needing a place to crash or anyone looking for relaxation and unwinding when in Cebu. The unit has a high-speed Fiber-optic internet connection of up to 75 Mbps., which is great for remote working and studying! :) The place is nicely located away from the busy, crowded, noisy streets but close enough to the city center. We give you full privacy during your stay. We offer a self-check-in service so that you can arrive at your preferred time after 1:00 p.m. check-in time and you won’t need to interact with anyone in person besides the guards for security purposes. It’s simple and proven to be really convenient for guests. The balcony enables you to experience an unobstructed view of the skyline. It has a safety railing, so it’s very safe for children. Alternatively, you may lock the glass door to the balcony with a key. Kitchen and dining: Our kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials (frying pan, electric kettle, rice cooker, and induction cooktop) for light cooking if you don’t want to go out and eat. It also has a mini-fridge where you can store your perishable foods. Our dining space comes complete with dining utensils (plates, spoons, forks, glasses, knives, serving spoons). Our bathroom has a water heater and a bidet. We invite you to enjoy and keep our home as you would with yours. Cleaning materials, such as a broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, and rags, may also be used to tidy up when you need to. Guest access Guests may use the following amenities for free: - swimming pool (adult and kiddie), but only available to Airbnb guests from Tuesday to Friday. Monday is maintenance day and weekends and holidays are for homeowners only, open from 9:00am to 8:00 pm - barbecue station - basketball court - children’s playground If you’re bringing a vehicle, parking space is available for free on a “first-come, first-served” basis. The entrance guard will instruct you on where you can park. Other things to note We have a CCTV camera at the hallway (public area) for security purposes.
