Located on the shores of Lake Aylmer, this beautiful cottage is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Nestled on a large, intimate plot of more than an acre and a half, it offers magnificent views of the lake and direct access to the water. The cottage can accommodate up to 11 people with its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright open area and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the lake or around the fireplace, indoors and outdoors, in any season. The space With its large open area on the ground floor, this cottage is designed for sharing and moments together. From the kitchen and the living room, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Aylmer, in any season. The living room is equipped with a new propane fireplace, perfect for creating a warm atmosphere during winter days. A smart TV is also available, with access to multiple streaming platforms. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook as if you were at home: fondue set, complete dishes and coffee machines (filter, Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo format: capsules not included). Also on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience. Upstairs, the chalet offers three spacious bedrooms: • one bedroom with double bed • one bedroom with queen size bed • a bedroom with a single bed and a double bunk bed There is also a second full bathroom. Visitors can also enjoy an upstairs balcony with great lake views, ideal for relaxing. Other things to note The chalet is located in Beaulac-Garthby, Chaudière-Appalaches, close to the Eastern Townships border, offering an ideal location to explore both regions. The chalet is close to Mont Adstock (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow tubing), Mont Ham, SEPAQ Mégantic and Parc Frontenac. You are also staying in the first international starry sky reserve. In clear weather, the sky offers an exceptional spectacle; look up to admire the stars or visit the Mont Mégantic Astrolabe. 🌊 Summer – Lake and relaxation In the summer season, there are many water activities on Lake Aylmer. Walking and cycling by the lake are very popular. Enjoy the 4-season private hot tub with lake views. 🎣 Fishing Lake Aylmer is home to several species of fish, including walleye, bass, pike and muskellunge. It is possible to moor your boat at the cottage dock, although the water level may vary. A boat descent is accessible in Disraeli, about a 10-minute drive away. ❄️ Winter – Snowmobiling and activities In winter, snowmobile trails are minutes from the chalet. Parking is large enough to accommodate cars with snowmobile or ATV trailers. Sleds are also available at the chalet.
