Vacation home on the Baltic Sea with pool and sauna

The holiday apartment is located in a small complex with swimming pool and sauna. The natural beach is only 800m away - tourist tax-free. Free car parking places are available on premises. The adjacent meadow invites you to stay, play, sunbathe and barbecue. Here you can spend a few relaxing holidays; but home office is also possible with subsequent wellness or sunset on the beach. One up to 200 Mbps fiber optic connection is available. The space The apartment is on the first floor of the apartment building. The center is a large living area (SAT-TV, Wi-Fi). From the living area there is direct access to the terrace with the adjoining green area/meadow and children's playground. The kitchen (fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo and filter coffee machine, toaster etc) is integrated into the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the children's/guest room with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are not available in the apartment; but can be booked at an extra cost. Guest access Next to the apartment, the large garden with barbecue areas and play equipment are available. Furthermore, there is a swimming pool, which can be used between 8 am and 10 pm, a sauna (for a fee) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Other things to note Please bring your own towels and bed sheets or can be borrowed from the caretaker for a fee. A Bollerwagen is available free of charge if needed. Swimming pool and sauna are used by all guests.
