Cozy townhouse located in Snejbjerg - 4 km from Herning city center, and about 5 min drive to Herning Messecenter Quiet surroundings and nice neighbors 500 m to bakery and grocery store (Rema 1000) I would like to help and do a little extra so that my guests enjoy their stay. The space It is a lovely home with coziness and charm The house has: - a nice living room, with a modern kitchen - 3 lovely rooms - 2 bedrooms with double bed and a smaller room with single bed - toilet and shower with new plaster ceiling and new good lighting - made new edge shielding at floor/shower curtain, so the water does not run out on the floor! - nice entrance - combined with a washer and dryer behind sliding doors - carport with direct entrance to the foyer - two lovely terraces The house is furnished and ready to move in - with internet, television and all appliances. Guest access There are nice parking conditions. Other things to note The garage is locked - the rest of the house may be used.
