A very cozy and calm ground floor apartment with a garden in a charming Reykjavik urban neighborhood. Free parking in the street. Across the street you'll find a grocery store and a fantastic pizza place! There are a lot of green areas within walking distance, and a 20-minute bus ride will take you straight to Reykjavik city centre. The space This is a duplex ground-floor apartment which consists of a single bedroom (double bed), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. There's a laundry room (shared with upstairs neighbor) with a private washing machine. Guest access Parking in the street is free (out front and behind the house). It's a residential neighborhood so finding a parking space is no hassle. Close by you'll find a lot of nice green places for walking about and even playing some frisbee golf (you can borrow my frisbees!). Fossvogsdalur, Elliðaárdalur, Öskjuhlíð and Nauthólsvík beach are all within walking distance. A single bus ride (20 minutes) will get you straight to city centre (~10 minutes by car).
