As this is our primary residence within a historic 100+year old, shared-ventilation Brownstone designed by the renowned Parfitt Brothers. We take great pride in maintaining a pristine, allergen-free environment. To ensure the highest standards of wellness and safety for all residents, the home is meticulously cared for using only natural, environmentally friendly products. To preserve the peaceful nature of our building, we kindly ask guests to respect occupancy limits; no events or professional photoshoots, please. Other things to note *Please note that this unit is priced as a furnished rental. It is not a serviced rental. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, and everyday cooking tools. This is not a gourmet kitchen. We offer a limited assortment of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. These may not be enough for your stay- you may self cater. Neighborhood stores are just a couple minutes away. *We provide good quality bath amenities. If you prefer a particular brand or personal sized amenities, please to bring your own personal selections. We also offer fresh, clean bed and bath linen. Again, if it makes you more comfortable, do bring your own. We only ask that you give us a ‘heads up’ so we can have the space prepared accordingly. * To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries, but these may not be enough for your entire stay. If you run out, you may purchase these and other sundry items from the nearby grocers or from one of our corner Bodegas like “a real New Yorker”. Be aware that this is a self catering listing. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. For your convenience, there are nearby laundromats to launder your personals. Broom, dustpan, sponges, dish towels are provided. The Unit is continuously refreshed for the comfort and pleasure of our guest- there may be a slight deviation in furniture and/or it’s placement. We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable and for you to have a real "I lived in New York” experience. *For a more comfortable stay please review the Rules and Guidelines under the booking tab in our listing.
