With four tastefully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, guests are assured of a restful night's sleep. The bedrooms provide a serene sanctuary, furnished with plush bedding. Welcome to this Private Villa located in Ja-ela! Airport pickup/drop-off can be arranged by us from a local taxi company to pick you up when you arrive after the baggage claims, they charge $20 for a small car or $25 for a van depending on the number of guests and luggage which needs to be booked in advance. Traditional breakfast/lunch/dinner can also be arranged for an additional cost, our prices start at $8 per person. If you require any tour packages or van hires across Sri Lanka we can also put you in touch to a reliable operator in the area. The Villa has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on each floor): Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed (air conditioned) Bedroom 2: 1 x King bed (air conditioned) Bedroom 3: 1 x King bed (air conditioned) Bedroom 4: 1 x King bed (air conditioned) - 2 x Full bathrooms with hot water - 2 x Open space dining and living rooms - 2 x Fully equipped kitchens - Air conditioning is located in each bedroom only, there is no air conditioning in other communal areas. - Bed linens and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided! We also have a private rooftop which is accessible and has an outdoor cold water shower for those sunny days with fantastic views all round! Guests will have access to the entire villa, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to find out your arrival/check in times ahead of your stay. - Our property caretaker will then meet you at the villa to help you check in and to hand over the keys, they can also show you around the villa to answer any questions you may have. - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and our property caretaker for any queries you have. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs - 00:00 hrs. Check-out is at 12:00 hrs If you do require early check in or check out please do let me know and depending on availability we would be more than happy to accommodate for an additional charge of $20. Please note if you are checking in past midnight it will incur additional charges of $10. *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a possible eviction. 2. Please observe quiet time between 12pm - 7am. 3. Smoking on interior areas is forbidden will have a fine + all cleaning fees involved. 4. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 5. Please leave the villa in a respectable condition. Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities. Being fluent in Sinhala, we would be more than happy to help book any taxis or day trips through local approved tour companies (speaking English, Mandarin, Japanese) that we trust and have a history of providing great experiences for customers. Please note with regards to the parking that the property is located on the top of a hill, small cars and vans will have no problem driving straight to the property but we do also have additional car parking space off the main road for larger vehicles, our property caretaker would be more than happy to help carry your bags to the property.
