Vintage room for solo traveler!

Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Wake up to homemade biscuits and coffee or walk to a great breakfast cafe. The space Thanks for checking the Vintage Room for Solo Traveler. It's a large room w/ a super comfy twin bed w/ memory foam and lots of pillows. There are vintage furnishings and tile in the your attached, private bathroom. It's located in the Historic Evergreen District and just a short walk to Brooks Art Museum, Overton Park, The Levitt Shell, Memphis Zoo, The Hi-Tone, Ecco, a great flea market as well as a wine store a yoga studio and a great gift/art shop. Downtown distance is approx 2.5 miles. Parking is very easy, right in front of the house and to unload your bags just pull up in front of the doorsteps for easy access. I only list this room a few days per month but am always happy to have guests when it's available. You can add homemade sweet and savory biscuits and French press coffee if you like. See the manual for info. There are FREE concerts at the Levitt Shell in mid-May Thursday -Sunday weather permitting. It's a magical venue complete with food trucks and ice cold beer. As I mentioned Memphis zoo is just a few blocks from the house. Sometimes if you lie very still, you can hear a lion roar :) During your stay I have several projects I'm working on but love offering recommendations or if I'm taking a break will enjoy a chat every now and again. Other things to note I don't leave keys for guests. I'll always make sure I'm here to meet you. If you like to sleep in you should know that there may be guests upstairs and if they have an early flight or get up early, you will hear them getting ready. I always suggest that they wear slippers or socks while walking around in the early morning.
