The space This private guest suite sits beneath the main house, offering a comfortable and peaceful stay with its own entrance, self check-in and key access. As it is located under the main home, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds. Free on-street parking is available in the cul-de-sac. The bedroom is light and airy, featuring a comfy queen bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and dedicated workspace. The suite also includes a private bathroom and a separate kitchenette, equipped with a sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Filtered water, coffee and a selection of teas are provided. Step outside your patio doors onto a spacious sheltered deck with ocean views and outdoor seating – a great spot for a morning cuppa, yoga, or simply unwinding. An outdoor tap near your entrance makes it easy to rinse off sandy feet after a trip to the beach. Guest access Enjoy private entry and self check-in, giving you the freedom to come and go as you please. Free on-street parking is available in the quiet no-through road. The annexe is situated on the ground level, however please note access includes a small set of 6 steps from the driveway before reaching the pathway to the accommodation. - A short drive north of Coffs Harbour centre and the jetty, with cafés, shops, restaurants, and local attractions - 2 minutes from the Pacific Highway for easy access - 4 minute drive to Park Beach Plaza – the largest shopping centre between Newcastle and Tweed Heads - 10 minute walk to Korora Bay Beach - 25 minute scenic beach walk (or 3 minute drive) to Diggers Beach, great for surfing - Conveniently located halfway between Sydney and Brisbane Other things to note No TV on-site, but Wi-Fi is provided for streaming or browsing on your own devices. The house enjoys cooling ocean breezes, with a modern ceiling fan for added comfort. A heater is available for cooler nights. Non-smoking accommodation – strictly no pets. A car is recommended as restaurants, cafés, and shops are a short drive away. Please note outdoor security cameras are in place at external entry points of the property for safety and security.
