The house has: - 2 double bedrooms - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed - 2 toilets - 1 x x shower room - Open kitchen on living room equipped with fireplace - Balcony overlooking Usson Castle Views - Balcony with patio view view - Patio equipped with BBQ BBQ & bread/pizza oven - 3000m² of land most of which is by the river "La Bruyante" - Parking in front of the house (river side) - No wifi or TV but 3G connection accessible to all operators. The studio-loft has: - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 1 living room - 1 double bed - 1 convertible 2-seater sofa - 1 x shower room (toilet + shower) FOR STAYS EVENINGS WITHIN 5 DAYS: BED LINEN and LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED (they can be provided at a rate of €10 per person) To fully relax: - You will have just for yourself the "La Bruyante" with its small waterfalls and its "pools" of clear and fresh water. A hammock in the trees will rock you during a beautiful nap or reading... - Near various walks both in terms of landscapes and difficulty (Le Roc Blanc, Etang de Laurenti, among many others). For athletes: - 8 minutes from the (family) ski resort of Mijanes; 18 minutes from the Col de Pailhères. Near the thermal water resorts, fishing, etc. (27 km from the ski resort Lesl'égut Angles; 42 km from Font Romeu, 58 km from Puigcerdà (Spain); 34 km from Ax les Thermes et les Bains de Couloubret, 90 km from Andorra...) - Free access to Rouze City Hall services: tennis court, ping pong table, playground for children and wifi in the village (1 km from the house) Shops: The house is an 8-minute drive from a village with a very complete grocery store (Useful of Quérigut), shop and other services.
