Stylish and comfortable barn conversion

Near Canterbury nestled in the North Downs the Elham Valley is a designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Flint and Chalk is a stylish and luxurious barn conversion. It is available with one or two bedrooms. Pricing is based upon occupancy. The first guest is £120 per night with each additional guests costing £30. For 2 guests using both bedrooms, there will be a further charge of £25 to cover for additional laundry and cleaning. Flint and Chalk is only let out to one party per booking The space Flint & Chalk is a stylish and spacious Barn Conversion. It has two bedrooms, one has an en suite shower room. The other bedroom has a separate bathroom. There is a living room and kitchen area. It is private, comfortable and well appointed. Flint and Chalk will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival. For your safety and welfare we adhere to the Air BnB enhanced cleaning protocols. Tea and good coffee are provided in your kitchen for you. There will be fresh flowers, a bottle of red or white from The Wine Society and local apple juice plus a few other snacks. Please make yourself at home. Guest access Guests will be sent details on where to find the key to an entirely self contained two bedroom annexe with a kitchen area, a lounge dining room, two (URL HIDDEN) Other things to note Pricing is based on the size of party. The charge for one person is £120 per night with each additional guest paying £30. Two guests who wish to use both bedrooms will pay a £25 supplement. There is a free cot , bed linen and high chair for infants. Please note we can only accept one infant per booking. Dogs are welcome. Please note we have a Labrador who is well behaved and calm with other dogs. We have an outdoor log burner stove and a bbq for guests to use. There will be additional charges for logs and charcoal.
