Oberoi’s Chalet is special because of its: - Location amidst serene valley and mountain views - Deck complete with sun loungers - White-washed, modern interiors - Lush lawn We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, heater, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bar, bonfire - Fire extinguisher is available in case of any fire hazard. - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars - Music system and speaker are available for entertainment. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - All rooms offer an array of amenities including a queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, heater and attached bathrooms. - 2 rooms open up to the deck, overlooking the mountains and the valleys. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of the villa that opens up to the deck, offering an L-shaped sofa that can seat up to 8 people. - It is equipped with a TV, AC and Wi-Fi. The living room is not equipped with a heater. - The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature a 1000 sq. ft. lawn. - Guests can unwind on the expansive deck, featuring sun loungers. - Guests can relish their favourite cocktails by the bar. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Spices can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 250 per day. - Guests can use the coffee machine for an additional charge of Rs. 50 per cup or purchase an unlimited package for Rs. 400 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - A cook can be available on a per-day basis at an extra charge of Rs. 2500 per day. This cost covers the cook's services only. The raw materials for the meals will be charged separately. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your drivers and maids at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per person, including breakfast. The rest of the meals will be charged as per actuals. Provisions for drivers’ accommodations will be nearby, but not at the cottage. However, provisions for maids’ accommodation will be provided at the cottage itself. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn. Guests can soak in the blissful views of the valleys and rising mountains from the outdoor deck and unwind on the loungers. They can also relish a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per use, including coal. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1700 per use. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a pet-friendly property. - The property is a part of a gated society. - Music system and speaker are available for entertainment. However, the usage of the speakers is limited to a certain volume keeping the surroundings in mind. - Please be mindful to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and charging points for up to 6 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well here.
