Description
Bluebell is a quirky stone built, luxury one bed cottage in the heart of the beautiful village of Lerryn. Located just off Fore Street, on 'Piggy Lane'. The village is nestled on the banks of a tidal creek from the River Fowey & is famed for its tranquility & scenic riverside walks. There is an great local shop & welcoming pub. Close to historic Lostwithiel, Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey & the beaches of Talland & Lantic Bay, Bodmin Moor & The Eden Project. A great base to explore Cornwall. The space The cottage offers luxury accommodation with a double bedroom (& an additional large double sofa bed) The reception dining room leads to a fully equipped galley kitchen, (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher & fridge freezer). The stairs lead up to a large hall with ample storage, a comfortable double bed room & luxury shower room. The first floor lounge offers a great space with stunning views over Lerryn River. There is no parking at the cottage. You can pull up to onload and there is a free car park moments along Fore Street. There is an outdoor space to store your kayak or canoe and a lovely bench to enjoy the calm. There is great wifi & a smart TV. There is no phone signal at Bluebell, with some reception available at the green in the village. We are dog friendly too! Other things to note We welcome TWO well behaved dogs. Please bring bed & furniture covers for your dogs. We ask guests to pay a one of fee of £15 per pet, per stay. This is to cover the additional cleaning after the stay as some guests may have allergies. Dogs are to never be left unattended in the cottage. Check in from 4pm Check out by 10:30am
