Nocino is a real gem, perfect for those who see a cross-section of nature in its purest form. This gem will give you unique emotions! The Villa is comfortable and welcoming and has two double bedrooms, suitable for children and adults, a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace to tempt long winter evenings of conversation. Olive trees, lavender and aromatic plants surround the Villa and the swimming pool with a whirlpool area, for your well-being. THE CASALI DEL MORAIOLO TODI The space The Villa is located in a 1-hectare park and is surrounded by olive trees and typical Umbrian aromatic plants. Private access is through an automated gate and the parking space is protected by a canopy covered with purple wisteria. Villa Nocino is entirely on the ground floor and is fully accessible and usable by the disabled. The accommodation consists of: a living area, kitchen and two double bedrooms with bathroom. Il Nocino is equipped with: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in-room TV, heating, dishwasher, washing machine and shutters. The exterior consists of a swimming pool (3x11) with night lighting and whirlpool armchairs, a small kitchenette consisting of: barbecue and wood-burning oven for pizza and bread, 2 hammocks, outdoor living area and fully hand-painted ceramic tables. The swimming pool is open from May to October. Guest access From September to May, our guests will have the opportunity to access our exclusive wellness center, which features a 38-degree heated Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area, music and herbal tea. You will be alone in our wellness center, completely surrounded by nature, for an hour and a half - included in the stay is only 1 two-hour entrance for the whole group. Then the red wine will be opened and during the second tasting of the rosé wine the maitre Chocolatier will begin to create the creamy Torre Penna red wine filling live.
