A closed in porch off one side of the apartment and a large deck off the other side offer plenty of space to just sit and watch the world go by. Private parking off of the the back deck and along the side of the building. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. We provide all your bedding and towels! There are full time residents that live in the apartment above. The have their own entrance, parking, and share no indoor space with you whatsoever. They are very quiet and most guests never know they are even there. We are available at any point of your stay via call or text! We are just one block from amazing downtown shopping! Ben Franklin which sells beautiful arts and crafts pieces, games, trinkets, and souvenirs. The Village Chocolatier where you can get hand made chocolates and treats. The Tawas Family Theater, The Tawas Bay Fudge Company, Mango's Mexican restaurant, Barnacle Bills Restaurant and Spirits, Mr. Jack'ss Restaurant and Bar, Klenow's Meat Market and so many more amazing local businesses. Plus you are just three blocks from the beautiful State Dock. Walk the dock and enjoy breathtaking views, or sit on the beach and lounge in the sun! With Concerns about the COVID-19 virus we would like to reassure guest that we clean VERY thoroughly between each stay. The following is done after every stay ALWAYS. All bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, tables, counters, and nightstands are sprayed and cleaned with a bleach cleaner. All towels and bedding are washed and replaced. Carpeting and rugs are thoroughly vacuumed, and all hard surface floors are mopped with a disinfectant. We also disinfect highly touched surfaces like door handles, TV remotes, and light switches. We provide disinfectant wipes, hand soup, paper towel, and toilet paper for guest to use as needed during their stay. We are doing everything we can to make sure our place is a clean and safe environment for guests to relax.
