The 12 acre property is surrounded by water on three sides which can be viewed from every room. Enjoy pickleball, the putting green, kayaking, fishing and crabbing from the dock as well as exploring the trails through the pecan forest. You can also tie your boat to the dock. The space This retreat has two bedrooms, each with queen beds, closets and balconies. There are one and a half newly remodeled bathrooms, as well as a kitchenette (also recently updated). Guest access Guests have access to the dock, putting green, pickleball court and the 12 acres for exploring. Other things to note This quiet apartment is 8 minutes from Mathews, where you can find groceries, quaint restaurants and antique stores. Five minutes away is a public boat ramp on Gwynn's island at the bayside restaurant, Hole in the Wall. Williamsburg and all it has to offer, is within an hours drive. Richmond is only slightly more than an hour away.
