Guests staying with Whale Pointe Condos will enjoy indoor and outdoor Heated Pools, Gym, the Tennis Court and Spas. All units at this exclusive members-only resort are professionally cleaned and Maintained. Your condo will provide approximately 1350 square feet when choosing the deluxe three-bedroom unit, along with spectacular panoramic ocean views. The occupancy is limited to eight guests and features a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and jetted tub. Sleeping accommodations include two king beds, two twins, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. This is the premier location on the west coast to see a rare pod of resident grey whales out of your front window. Summer 2023 Construction - It is estimated that there will be construction from April 1 - October 15th. The work will be 1-2 buildings at a time working from one end of the property to the other. All guests should expect that there may be construction sounds during their stay. For buildings under construction: - Working hours are 9 am -6 pm. - Balconies will not be available for use - Parking may not be available in front of the unit - There will be a protective film over the windows which will be removed at the end of each work day. The front desk staff will be doing their best to assign guest units out of the construction zone. In the unlikely event that a guest cannot be relocated and must stay in a unit undergoing construction, we will be offering a 50% refund. Construction is always likely to be occurring during the summer month as it is difficult to schedule during the off-season due to the frequent and unpredictable fall/winter storms.
