Room in Miramar/Maupuia

Large room in a 2 bedroom flat in Maupuia (up the hill from Miramar). Close to the airport. Walking and biking tracks and nice views nearby. Weta, Roxy Cinema, cafes/bars and shops a short walk. Buses going to the city. Free parking on the street. I’m often away when my listing is open for booking so guests usually get the place to themselves. I might be there some of the time, just ask! I have a cat, she’s very friendly, so you must be ok with cats! Guest access You can use the kitchen, it’s basic but has everything you should need. You’re welcome to use things like tea, coffee, oil and spices. Washing machine and laundry powder available, there’s a washing line outside (but no dryer). There’s a TV with Netflix and fast wifi. Communal living room area. Heat pump in the living room. During your stay Often I’m away and guests might not meet me at all. I will let you know if I’m not going to be there. I will respond to messages quickly and answer any questions you have during your stay. Other things to note I try to live as eco friendly as I can, there’s a compost system and I ask that you consider what can be recycled and clean your recycling.
