Spacious three bedroom penthouse within a serviced apartment complex. 24 hour electricity and water. Please do not exceed maximum number of guest without notifying host. Smoking is not allowed and there would be a surcharge of $200 (two hundred dollars) if violated. The space Spacious 3 bedroom pent house flat. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and the master's bedroom on the top floor. The apartment is on the third floor, within a block of serviced flats. There is a lift that is managed by the estate, it works and is in great condition. I cannot however be held responsible for down time. Guest access Parking is free available onsite for 2 cars. All other cars can park for free on site on a first come, first served basis.
