Guest access Full home access with private lake dock directly accessible from the home. Other things to note Please note: this house is located on a remote lake - with a septic and well system. We do our best to minimize issues with remote living - but some guests may not enjoy the smell that exists in the area. We've installed a full house water filter to help remove the smell of manganese (similar to rotten eggs) that comes from the faucet - but being on a septic tank means that sometimes wafts may permeate the house. We’ve upgrade our system last year - and have had no complaints since. The homes on this lake are also very close to neighbors (all lake homes are like this). We’ve installed shrubbery between the houses, but noise disturbances (i.e., parties) are not permitted. The home is nicely insulated for noise however. There is a single camera pointing at the driveway. It does not point at any location inside of the house - and is simply for monitoring the entrance to the property. From October 13 to Memorial day - The lake level of Weare Lake drops by approximately 5 feet for the winter season. You're more than welcome to use Canoes, etc. - but you will not be able to use the dock to launch canoes.
