This is our beautiful home with a flowing stream running through the garden. Built originally in 1840 in the picturesque village of Draethen, it is ideal for family breaks, romantic weekends, relaxing holidays, walking/exploring Wales. It is well located for Cardiff, Newport and the Brecon Beacons, is furnished for 6 people and is finished to a very high standard. The space Having just undergone a 12 month renovation we are now able to offer an even more premium experience. We have gigabit internet (1000Mbps) with uninterrupted wifi coverage in every room, perfect for working from home. There is an integrated home audio system which requires no set up, it can be used with any streaming service from any personal device. The open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge is 40ft long, underfloor heated and has an 8 seater dining table, 7 sofa seats, 3 bar stools, and a 55" tv with full package of Sky sports, TNT sports etc. You won't miss the game! Our beautiful brand new kitchen has Miele & Gaggenau appliances, two electric fan ovens, a large fridge/freezer/wine cooler (83 bottle capacity!), an induction hob with high performance downdraught extraction, a dishwasher, Quooker boiling water tap, Nespresso Vertuo machine, Nutribullet and more. There are crystal wine glasses, Royal Doulton crockery and every kitchen item imaginable for those of you who love to cook & bake. There is also a toilet and a utility room downstairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms in the house have dimmable lighting and the heating and high pressure hot water system is state of the art keeping you warm and cozy, there are no cold spots. Come in summer and sit on the deck next to the stream or come in winter and cozy up next to the logburner with a movie, our home will not disappoint.
