Lovely Apartment vis-a-vis Medicover and Paley

I cordially invite you to my beautiful Scandinavian-style apartment with two cozy bedrooms. The apartment is located in the prestigious district - Miasteczko Wilanów, vis-a-vis Medicover Hospital and European Paley Institute. There are also many restaurants with delicious dishes, cafes with delicious coffee and biscuits. The space Lovely and spacious Scandinavian-style apartment is located on the 4th-top floor of a new building. Apartment has a large open living room, with a comfortable fold-out sofa for 2 people (140x200), on which it will certainly be nice to watch your favorite movie on TV or read your favorite book. The living room also has access to a huge terrace from which one of the bedrooms is accessed. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped - Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and dishes with kitchen tools - everything to prepare tasty dishes for yourself and your loved ones. There is a table for 4 people with comfortable chairs, in the dining area. There are two separate, locked bedrooms in the apartment. The main one has a large double bed (160x200), on which you can definitely rest after a day, and a large wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors and blackout curtains. The smaller one is also equipped with a comfortable double bed, a bit smaller, with dimensions of 140x200 and a chest of drawers. There is a bathtub with a shower function in the bathroom, for the convenience of each Guest. The huge number of cabinets will certainly accommodate all cosmetics. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine. In addition, for the convenience and needs of Guests, apartment has a spacious wardrobe in the corridor with a large number of shelves and hangers. You will find there an iron, ironing board and a dryer. There is free wireless Internet access in the entire apartment. Guest access The Apartment is located on 4th floor with the lift in the building in a new estate. There is an underground garage included in the price. I provide a bedlinen set and towels in the price. There is also an access to the Internet WI-FI. I issue an invoices. Other things to note Please take care and behave in my Apartment as if it was your place and remember these few rules. - Loud behavior or music is not allowed between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please honor my neighbors. - Not allowed any kind of parties, meetings, occasional events - No smoking - No pets allowed Check in time is from 4 PM, check out until 10 am-I will try to adapt to Your needs as possible. You don't have to go anywhere for the keys, I will be waiting for you in the Apartment. It is possible to arrange passing the keys during the night, however, there could be an extra charge of 60 pln. Please keep the keys. In the event of their loss, the cost of replacement of the lock I will have to charge the Guest. Please inform me about exact time of Your arrival at least one day before so that I could welcome You and give any directions.
