Charming vacation home in SCV. Our home is great for families or singles. Our home has a lovely backyard with a fire place, patio set and BBQ. 15mins from Six Flags Magic Mountain, close to San Fernando Valley, just a short drive to Los Angeles and Beaches . Friendly neighborhood with many shops, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, parks, Movie theaters and mall all with in close proximity. We have (23 Honda Accord 4 door hybrid) if you need a rental for your stay through Turo. No pets. The space We do have a fireplace outside, heater and grill. We do not provide firewood, charcoal and propane.Guest would have to purchase items. Guest access The whole house Other things to note Once you receive the code for the door , it is helpful to pull the door handle towards you when entering the key code. When you leave the premises as well. Quite hour starts at 10pm. No more than 6 people in the home. If for any reason the POLICE are called-we will ask you to leave the premises and that will be an automatic eviction from the premises without a refund. If cameras are disconnected we will ask you to vacate the premises without refund. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the house($250 fine).
