West House B &B ( Breakfast is currently unavailable ) is positioned on the edge of the village of Binbrook with views across the Lincolnshire Wolds. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET. It is self-contained with its own entrance and consists of one ground floor, en-suite bedroom, a private snug/ dining area and a patio area with garden. There is off road parking next to the accommodation on the gated driveway. The space The accommodation has it’s own entrance and consists of one ground floor, en-suite bedroom which can be set up as a twin or a super-king double. French windows from the bedroom lead out onto a patio and garden area. The en-suite contains bath with shower over, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. There is also a private snug with wood burner which is used as the breakfast room. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities are provided in the bedroom along with a selection of biscuits. NO PETS IN THE BEDROOM PLEASE. Other things to note The price quoted is for the accommodation only. Breakfast is an extra £13 per person and is served in the snug. Please let me know if you require breakfast when you book.
