Stay in the heart of downtown with the comfort of heated underground parking included. This modern suite is ideal for business trips or weekend escapes. Situated on 6th Ave N, you're close to RUH, the University of Saskatchewan, City Hospital, and major corporate offices like BHP. Enjoy a walkable neighborhood just minutes from great shops, restaurants, and pubs. WARNING: We don’t advertise or message guests on other platforms (Social Media). Book only through Airbnb or trusted sites. The space Perched on the 10th floor, this suite offers beautiful city views from your private balcony. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favourite meals, and the living room features a smart TV + easy access to your own streaming apps. The bedroom offers a comfy bed with premium linens and ample storage space. We’ve got you covered with thoughtful extras like coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt and pepper, cleaning and laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. High-speed fiber optic WiFi makes staying connected a breeze. Please note that due to repairs currently underway on the building-wide chiller system, central air conditioning is temporarily unavailable. To ensure your comfort, a portable A/C unit has been provided in every suite. Building repairs are scheduled to be completed by June 30th. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. Guest access In addition to the suite, guests have access to several shared building amenities: • Shared gym accessible from levels P1 & P3 • Shared squash court accessible from the gym • Shared courtyard with seating located on the south side of the building • Located off of the lobby, a public convenience store and hair salon The building also includes an underground parking garage with one designated stall. Please note the garage is shared condo property and not monitored - do not leave valuables in your vehicle. The maximum height clearance is 6' 2". Please be aware that you may encounter stairs between the parking space and the elevators. Other things to note When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night. Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key. Please do not allow anyone into the building or parking garage. Folks should have their own fob, or be let in by the resident they are visiting. Please let us know if checking in after 9:00 PM so we can make arrangements to move the lockbox outside, the doors lock at 9:00 PM.
