Enjoy our place, located by the intracoastal mansions of Delray, east of Federal, right by the huge plazas with everything needed for your vacation! Walk to many stores and italian bakery. Greateful to have you! Place will be cleaned and sanitized to high standarts after each guest and we change AC and water filters often. We use all cotton bedding to make sure it is great for your body! Bedrooms are modern and fun. Beautiful bathrooms, all have great ventilation. Lots of natural light coming in! View of the garden - our palm trees! Master bedroom features a natural wood king bed, chair that can be transformed into a twin bed. Walk-in shower with great water preasure will have you unwind and relax. White quartz double sink in the bathroom. Queen suite has a twin over the Queen and beautiful all-new renovated bathroom. Full sized very very stocked kitchen and living room also have lots of light! Warm up near ariticial fireplace, great for holiday mood. We have also fast wifi for work. Board games and things to do for kids. Beach chairs, cooler and more are in the little shed outside. Check it out! Location is intracoastal, between Delray and Boca Raton. So beaches are all over, north and south. You can drive, walk or bike to the beach or downtown of Delray beach or Boca Raton. Uber is 5-7$ to downtown or beach. We are simple but always make sure everything is clean, stocked and working in a best way. We love to serve you and do not hesitate to contact us! Guest access Your parking is on the driveway, enough for 4 smaller cars. Or 2 bigger pick up trucks. Walk around this very unique street and neighborhood, and you will fall in love with South Florida! Lots of multimillion dollar mansions on the water are just around the corner. Walking and biking here is amazing! Feel the breeze. Trader's Joe's is 4 min away driving, you can walk 15 min to that plaza and it has lots of restaurants around, nail saloons and more. There is a little Walmart like 1-2 min walk and other stores, restaurants. Whole foods is about 5 min drive and again plenty of restaurants around it. 2 public beaches are 5 min drive - 1.5-2 miles away. Spanish river beach is 10 min drive. Very beautiful, has nice barbecue areas, there is a charge to enter by vehicle, so you can bike if you like. Property is in a heart of Delray Beach, awarded "MOST FUN SMALL TOWN IN AMERICA" according to Rand Mc Nally & USA Today. Delray Beach is a popular destination for both visitors and home buyers. Easy access to major highways, and major airports. Other things to note Enjoy yourself, it is important rule of the house!!! Please respect our and your neighbors, no loud noises and crazy loud parties, especially before 8am and after 10pm. 11pm on weekends. No smoking. Drug free zone. Violators will be charged minimum 500$. Thank you for understanding:) Please collect all the trash to the main trash can in front yard if you have time. Trash pick up is Saturday and Wednesday AM so please roll out the bin night before or let us know we can do that, just do not want to show up ans disturb you. Please load the dishwasher if you have used any dishes, we will appreciate it. Oven and microwave, if you used it, please do a basic clean, so it will not dry up by the time we clean it. Towels in the towel bins (one is in master bedroom, one is in the other bedroom closet) or on the bathroom floor is ok, we have no issues with that part. Just no wet towels in bed, or on wood. Thanks:) Don't have to make beds or take out sheets, we have time to take care about the rest and its better for us you live as it is! Thanks a lot!
