Welcome to our beautiful home on a quiet street, 3 mins to DT Boise. 1/2 of a duplex, our home features 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom. We can sleep 4 people total on 1 Queen bed & an air mattress or couch. We have a newly renovated backyard (shared with the unit next door) which includes a gas fireplace, a large yard, a BBQ grill and a deck for lounging! Easy check-in and check out with our smart lock. Full amenities as if you were at home (kitchen supplies, washer, dryer, and more!) The space This home is 1/2 of a duplex located on the Boise Bench, close to freeway access, Downtown Boise/BSU, the airport, and many local restaurants. We would love to welcome you to our stylish and comfortable space. The house includes: -1 bedroom, 1 air matress and 1 large sectional couch/sofa bed each. The bedroom has several closets you can use to unpack. -Bathroom with a shower/tub combo -A formal dining space large enough to seat 4 comfortably. -A well-stocked kitchen complete with cooking pots and pans, utensils, bakeware and cookware, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, air fryer, microwave, and silverware. -A cozy living room equipped with large couch and coffee table. Feel free to stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (please note there are no digital or cable channels) or utilize our provided board games! -Feel free to let the kids loose to run and play in the backyard while the adults enjoy great conversation with a glass of wine or a beer on our furnished patio. -On-site washer and dryer -Ductless AC and Heat -Hot tub, large backyard, BBQ grill, multiple lounging areas with seating, and outside evening string lights ★Long term stay discounts!★ We are happy to accept longer stays! We offer the following long term stay discounts: -10% for stays of 7+ days -15% for stays of 14+ days -20% for stays of 30+ days Discounts will automatically factor in to the prices shown on AirBnB. ★For Stays over 29 nights★ Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
