A wooden "cabin studio" of 25m², independent, large kingsize bed, with shower room and toilet and its private shaded terrace with a view of a pretty wooded area. The villa benefits from a sunny terrace and a magnificent view of the basin and the tip of Cap Ferret, which you can enjoy for your breakfasts or aperitifs. The sunsets are unforgettable! The space You will have access to the heated swimming pool protected by a roller shutter, 12x3m, an emerald green swimming lane completely inserted in the vegetation at the foot of a mimosa hedge, with its straw bar and its comfortable summer sofa. Located in a quiet area 300m from the beach, you can reach it in 3 minutes on foot. For your comfort and pleasure during your stay: - The included breakfasts will be served depending on the weather either in the fully glazed veranda or on the large terrace, always with the magical view of the pool. Several terraces, aperitif corners, sunbathing, pool games, pétanque court, ping-pong table, bicycles available and you will also appreciate the outdoor shower with hot water. - Television, Wifi, electric kettle, Nespresso machine with coffee and tea capsules. - Linen and cleaning: Linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels).
