Enhanced Cleaning Protocol Complaint The House on Graham Hill is situated at the top or one of Seattle's highest hills in the quiet residential neighborhood of Seward Park. Offers a private two bedroom mother in law suite in our home. Flat screen TV’s with premium channels are available. We also provide off-street parking, a private entrance as well as a kitchenette. When the weather is clear, being at that top of a hill, there are magnificent views of the Cascade Mountains and Mt. Rainier. The space Private entrance to the lower level of our home with amazing views of Mt Rainier, Lake Washington and more. We live upstairs and you may hear us moving about and talking on occasion. It is an easy walk to Seward Park and Columbia City where you will find lots of small independent bars and restaurants as well as PCC, a consumer coop grocery store. King county has added a new service called "Via" which offers ride sharing from The House On Graham Hill to a nearby Link Light Rail station. For details go to the king county website at kingcounty.gov and search for "Via" in the "Search King County" search box. One of the first few search results will point you to the details for using Via. This is a two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment with private off-road parking, and private entrance. We also have some outdoor furniture along with a gas BBQ so you can enjoy the amazing views of Mt Rainier and more. We have a kitchenette in the apartment that includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, induction burner and a Keurig coffee machine. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance and encompasses the entire lower level of the house except that part with the water heater, furnace and so forth. There is also plenty of off-street parking for two cars exclusively for our guests. This space for the use of registered guests only.
