2-bedroom PRIVATE apartment suite with a full-kitchen including all cookware/utensils, and 3 TV's in total. This suite includes 5 beds total: 2 Kings and 3 Full-Sized beds. Also available is a great fitness center and guest laundry rooms so that you can wash/dry clothing during your stay. You can pick up keys easily as our Front desk staff is on-site 24-hours per day and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The space This huge 2-bedroom suite includes a full-Kitchen, complimentary Parking, and free Wi-Fi! Sleeps up to 10 adults comfortably and includes two private bedrooms, a living room with Murphy bed, large eat-in kitchen with full-sized Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, 2-Burner Stovetop, 3 TV's, and 2 full bathrooms. Each suite has it's own outdoor private Patio or Balcony. All this and next door to the thrilling Old Town Entertainment Complex- exhilarating for children of all ages and their parents. There are 18 restaurants and bars all within walking distance, including a Publix grocery store. Swimming pools are newly renovated, we have FREE Wi-Fi in all the rooms, and a nice fitness center with dumbbells and multi-function weight station. Playgrounds, sand volleyball court, a putting green, and our on-site Express Cafe offering exceptional custom coffee beverages and food round-out the great amenities. Be sure to try a Cafe con Leche, one of their custom sandwiches, or frozen fruit juices. Our guests receive 10% off their first order! Other things to note Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on your date of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 am on your date of departure. Our pet policy is we allow up to 2 pets maximum per room. They must weigh 35lbs or less (each pet cannot exceed this weight limit). Some breeds may also be restricted - please specify the breed of your pet. The pet fee is $35.00 + tax per day, per pet. Housekeeping services is provided at no additional charge every other day of your stay. If you do not wish to have our room attendants enter your room, just place a Do-Not-Disturb sign on your door. Please note, as we have many families staying with us daily, quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm every night.
