Restricted Areas For everyone’s privacy and security, access to the front lawn, backyard, terrace, and private areas of other units is strictly prohibited. 4. Stay in Your Lane Your allocated unit is your space—please do not enter or linger in areas assigned to others. Also, no walking, strolling, or taking calls in common areas like the staircase or driveway. Other things to note Electricity & House Rules 1. Electricity Usage • 5 units/day of electricity are complimentary. Any usage beyond that will be charged at ₹10 per unit. • The unit has an independent sub-meter to track consumption. At check-in and check-out, please take a photo of the meter reading and share it via Airbnb messenger. • If you don’t send the readings, our recorded readings will be considered final.
