Spacious, beautiful apartment on the outskirts of the city center!

Spacious apartment just outside the city center. An outside staircase leads to the front door. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, toilet and a luxury bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single mattresses, and both rooms have plenty of closet space. Via an indoor staircase, you arrive in a large open living room with kitchen. The space Lovely stay in a beautiful space, just outside the city center. Within a 10 to 15-minute walk, you are in the always bustling city center of Groningen! The apartment consists of two floors. The hall, two bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilet together form the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180X220), and bedroom 2 has 2x a single mattress (80X210). Both rooms have ample closet space. With a staircase up you enter the second floor, which consists of a large living room (equipped with a large sofa, 6-person dining table and TV digital including Netflix) and an open, well-equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy south-facing balcony. Other things to note We have a sweet, affectionate cat that is inside a lot. Since we are not there, we expect our guests to give him food, water and attention!
