This listing is for exclusive use of the full 5 apartment complex. The main building: 3 private apartments (studio, 2 BR + den, and 3 BR + Den) and stand-alone 1 BR cottage and a 2 BR villa. Perfect for group and family vacations, sleeps 26 adults comfortably. Private & unique! Enjoy a taste of old Miami! The space Apt 1 - The original "owner's apartment," this is the Property's largest residence. 3 bedrooms plus a foyer/den & private patio (sleeps up to 8 guests - each BR has a queen size bed and the den is equipped with a queen size air mattress) Apt 2 - A full second floor 2 bedroom plus den residence with private roof terrace. Sleeps up to 6 (both bedrooms have queen size beds and the den is equipped with a queen size air mattress). Apt 3 - Cozy studio apartment with private front porch & swing (Sleeps 2 on a single queen size bed). Apt 4 - Stand alone 1 BR cottage with private patio. Sleeps 3 on queen size bed and living room sofa. Apt 5 - A stand alone second story cozy 2 BR villa above the Property's garage and laundry room. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably in 2 queen size beds. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, high speed wireless internet, and the two larger unit both have a washer/dryer in unit. Beds are dressed with quality mattresses and linens and toiletries, towels, hairdryer & iron/ironing board are provided. Property grounds feature a common patio and grill decked out with vintage 1950's glider patio set. Guests are also welcome to fruit when in season from the Property's mango, avocado, star fruit, & lychee trees. Listing includes 3 private parking spaces. Street parking in the neighborhood is easy & free if additional spaces are required. For families traveling with small children or infants, several pac- and-play cribs can be provided upon request. Guest access With the exception of the 2 car garage retained for personal storage, the complete complex, including grounds and outdoor spaces are for your exclusive use for the duration of your stay. This property is run exclusively as a vacation rental business. No personal items off limits in any units and no other guests will be in residence during your stay.
