Hypercentre 3 bright rooms/close to the Loire

Apartment crossing and living in the city center, close to the banks of the Loire and the life of Orléans (with cat). The space We live in this apartment with our cat Paulette. We rent it out during our absences and Paulette will stay with you to keep you company. This place is therefore not a purely rental place, with the advantages and disadvantages that this brings. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, our bedroom and guest bedroom. The third bedroom is closed. Other things to note Parking in the area is paid. There is a parking lot in the basement 2 steps from our house and we can show you free spaces that are a little further away if needed (about a 10-minute walk).
