Relax in the hammock, or play a game of volleyball while you wait for your dinner to finish cooking on the grill. Eat dinner together on the huge multi level patio, right before you hit the beach for an epic sunset, or grab some drinks with friends at the bar or beach club. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the cottage, deck and large yard. Other things to note We will provide complimentary beach passes for all guests, they must be left in the cottage when you leave ...they are to be used year round for all of our renters. Guests who fail to return Beach passes are charged $150 replacement fee. Leave the cottage how you found it. Empty fridge and throw out all trash. No smoking allowed inside. No parties or gatherings are allowed at any time. No more than 7 people are allowed to stay in the cottage at the cottage at all times. This includes children they are required to be marked as guests at all times when you are booking the cottage. **** 1 pet allowed per stay for a $200 non refundable pet fee. ALL ANIMALS MUST BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF BOOKING …YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND FOR FAILURE TO DISCLOSE. Please disclose all guests upon booking. This is required.
