We are located approximately 3 miles from downtown Hartwell where you will find a variety of restaurants and stores. Football fans! We are centrally located between Clemson and Athens approximately an hour away in either direction. Come enjoy the game and a weekend at the lake. The space Spend the mornings enjoying your coffee out on the upper deck or down below on the patio overlooking the beautiful lake. Afternoons can be spent fishing, boating ,swimming, kayaking or just relaxing in the sun on the swim dock. After a day of fun and sun you can enjoy an evening around the outdoor fire pit or cuddled up to one of the electric fireplaces located inside. There are plenty of board games and yard games for the kids and young at heart to play. There is a short paved pathway with a gentle slope to the lake. Ideal for anyone to access. Guest access Guests will use a keyless entry specifically coded for your stay. There is plenty of parking located on the property for vehicles and boat trailers. Other things to note There are 4 kayaks for use on the premises. There is a public boat ramp located less than a mile away and Hartwell Marina is about a 10 minute ride by car and a mile away by boat
