Beautiful Cottage right on the waters edge. Looking for a peaceful getaway where you can relax by the fire pit and enjoy Maine's beautiful outdoors, watch the Loons right from your bedroom then this is the place for you and your family.Some of the best fishing in the State, the Public boat launch is nearby. and your own Dock and access to Kayaks to enjoy what the lake has to offer. Pillows, blankets, linens & towels are provided, groceries, laundymat, restaurants all nearby. There is a lot to do in the area the coast is close by and Mount Desert Island makes a great day trip just over a hour and a half away Cable and WIFI are included ,Kayaks and Life jackets are provided, there is a fire pit and if you are going to have a lot of fires you may purchase wood up the street. There is your own dock included with the property to tie your boat to or fish from (the fishing is great from the dock)but we do not provide bumpers for your boat so you will want to bring some There is enough parking for 4 vehicles ,2 behind the cottage and a couple along side the driveway There is a LP gas grill available for use and a extra tank of LP in the basement, if you empty a tank please let me know so I can replace it and after use please clean the grill for the next person to use. Wood is available for purchase for the fire pit it is locally harvested and seasoned, if interested please contact me for more info your space around the cottage is well defined as is the parking spaces I am very easy to get ahold of if any issues arise or if you have questions, you can call, text or email, I am located just a few miles down the road but I may stop by during your stay just to say hi and introduce myself to you so we all can put a face to the name and to chk to see all is going well but I will not be hanging around because that time is for you and your family. The Landing is just down the street and they serve good food and ice cream. No pets No Fireworks AT ALL No Exceptions Gatherings are OK Loud Parties are not (this is a place of relaxation) Docks will be in 3rd week of May possibly earlier depending on ice out NO PARKING in the field by the main road because that is our new septic system we had installed, it is marked off with post reflectors Wood is available for purchase for the fire pit it is locally harvested and seasoned, if interested please contact me for more info
