Loft on Avola Beach in a Great Location

Your home by the sea in Sicily in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. The loft is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn and palm trees. The loft is located on the Avola waterfront in one of the most popular areas of the city. The highway is only 1 km away and will allow you to reach the main tourist destinations (Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzamemi) in a short time. A small gym, bikes and kayaks will add a dynamic touch to your vacation. The space A cozy open space of about 40 square meters, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, with dishes, plates, pots and all the essential utensils for cooking independently. Outside, a private veranda overlooks a private corner of the garden, offering breathtaking sea views. The rest of the garden, shared with the guests of the B&B, is furnished with comfortable chairs and sun loungers: the ideal space to sunbathe or relax in the shade of the palm trees with a good book. Guest access Guests will have a convenient parking space right in front of the apartment (it is advisable to notify in advance in case of a particularly large car or station wagon). You can relax on your private veranda, located in a private corner of the garden, furnished with a table and chairs: perfect for lunches and dinners with a sea view. In the common garden you will find sun loungers to sunbathe or enjoy a moment of reading in the shade. There is direct access to the sea and an outdoor shower. The small beach below may vary depending on storm surges, but just 150 meters away begins the main coastline, wide and sandy. The apartment is located at the beginning of the promenade of Avola, about 2 km long: an ideal place to walk in the evening or reach restaurants and clubs by the sea. Other things to note The loft is located next to our B&B La Terrazza sul Mare. Upon request, you can enjoy breakfast served on the terrace of the B&B (service available with a supplement, excluded in low season). For guests of the loft, we provide two city bikes, ideal for exploring the promenade and the surrounding area. Use is free but subject to availability: we invite you to request it before arrival.
