Charming cottage set in a restored 1930's ranch house on the Lampasas River. Fully furnished cottage with TV, WiFi, kitchenette, private bath. Sleeps 4. Located off East Highway 190 in the Rocky River RV Resort in Kempner, Texas. It is a gated property. Access code is required for entry. Laundry on site. Close to Lampasas, Fort Hood. This cottage is owned and operated by veterans and a local family. The space Care was taken to preserve elements of the original ranch house. Rock walls have been left exposed and the ceiling is exposed wood. Guest access Guests have access to a fire pit stocked with plenty of wood. Stairs lead to the river and there's easy in/out for kayaks and swimming. Other things to note This cottage is inside a gated resort. Gate code is needed for entry into resort . Call the number on the gate at arrival . Check in must be prior to 6PM unless coordinated with us prior.
