Plus, the village has more to offer with more commercial establishments like European coffee shops and fine dining restaurant can be seen inside definitely feels like you're really in Europe. The space Chill and relax to our cozy semi rustic spacious 75 square meter condo. This 2 br unit has a 2 bedroom with a nice mountain view balcony. Privacy is a plus here!!! A separate living room. 1 master bedroom, 1 kids' room and 1 shared bath and a kitchen. Fully air-conditioned rooms Master bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 small sofa bed with g chrome cast stick attached to the tv unit does make it smart tv for your netflix experience. The other room has a double sofa bed and 2 single beds. Fully air-conditioned family living room has a 6 seater L- shape sofa equip with a smart tv with Netflix and a tv plus. Guest also can cook inside complete with basic kitchen utensils and appliances like coffee maker, toaster, electric stove, rice cooker, microwave oven, water kettle, casserole, frying pan and refrigerator. (No cooking of any seafood and Laman loob dish please check rules on what to cook.) Food deliveries like Food Panda and Grab Food is allowed. For toilet and bath, hot and cold shower, bidet, dispenser of shampoo and body wash, while bath towels and dental hygiene (toothbrush and paste) comes with 4 pax only, so please bring extra. Our space is big you can walk around freely and comfortably without bumping to each other the space plus the location itself is value for money. Guest access Guest can access our clubhouse pool at 500 adult 300 kid pesos rate per head. Pool is open from 8am to 5 pm only. Except every Tuesday whereas pool is closed for cleaning. Other things to note Strictly 2pm checkin please follow standard procedure specially during holidays, I cannot force guest before you to leave earlier just to accommodate you and miss the chance to clean the unit. Proper disposal - as courtesy to the owner and to next user, guest should avoid throwing bathroom tissue or napkin into the toilet bowl, trash bins are the right way of disposal, and they are already provided. The property strictly prohibits cooking of strong foul odor dish like shrimps, lobsters, crabs, fish and dried fish or tuyo, dried squid, tinapa or any dried seafood, laman loob (animal internal organs) like papaitan and igado for such cooking would emit strong odor that could last for several days. Kindly open balcony sliding door or main door when cooking to minimize odor sucked inside the unit. Sorry no exhaust. An additional 1000 pesos in excess of 6 pax will be charged to extra person that will show up unconfirmed. Please be HONEST in declaring no of guest. I live in one of the units an actual head count will be check inside the room, sorry honest guest but, we always experience this kind of problem this force me to raise price. I wanted to stay affordable to all but, this leaves me no choice so please be honest. Children aged 3 to 12 years old will continue to be counted and charged the same way as adults are. Accommodations will only be provided to guest whose name are registered, for security of other guest there will be no visitors allowed to stay.
