Located at the foot of Mt Tabor, near SE Division & 60th, enjoy privacy & comfort in it's bright, modern & clean space. 2 BR with 3/4 Ba on each level, full kitchen, heat & A/C. City permit # 18–1 37613–0 00–00 – HO The space Enjoy your privacy in the freestanding guesthouse. There’s a dedicated walkway to and from the house & plenty of space from your hosts. Built in 2018. This is a modern, sparkling clean house with two bedrooms and two 3/4 bathrooms, each with showers. Upstairs bathroom is a Euro bath, wet room if you use the shower. The kitchen is well appointed, with a gas stove, double oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the guesthouse - all for you, microwave, coffee maker and French press, coffee grinder, toaster, electric kettle, and a popcorn popper. The living room has a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen, living room, a bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. -desk with an adjustable rolling office chair under the skylight. -smart TV hooked up to Xfinity and high speed internet. -sturdy laptop table. The main floor has stained cement floors, upstairs is wood floors. Walk to Albina Press Cafe, Rain or Shine Café, or further to Good Coffee. Pizzicato pizza place is very close, it’s a nice walk to the Sapphire Lounge. There’s a convenience store within walking distance. Drive to restaurant Row/Division or take a nice walk to Hawthorne Boulevard and enjoy shops, cafés and primo dining. Notables include Por Que No? Kati Thai, Master Kong & Apizza Scholls. Guest access The guesthouse includes 2 bedrooms, main floor bathroom is 3/4 bath, upstairs bathroom is a 3/4 bath Euro all in one toilet with shower, see pictures. No bath tub. You’ll have a full kitchen, a living room with dining area, a fenced private patio area, washer & dryer. Street parking is free, usually a spot within 1 block. Find the path on the left side if you’re facing the main house, adjacent to my neighbor’s driveway (Please do NOT park in my neighbors' driveways, even briefly to unload. We value being good neighbors.). Take the path through the gate to the guest house. Say hi to our dog or let us know if you’re not into dogs, we’ll take care of it. Other things to note If you are arriving after dark, your hosts live in the main house, 4th on the right. The path is lit all the way back to the guesthouse. You may wish to have a flashlight or your phone light handy for ease of finding your way the first time. Please use quiet voices on your way in and out of the property as there may be sleeping children. There are three heating/ cooling units in the guesthouse.
