The space The apartment is located on the 10th floor of a 15 story building that is equipped with superb amenities and facilities, the development ensures to offer the best in class comfort and luxury. We personally designed this space to provide the perfect balance of work, play and most importantly relaxation. It boasts a spacious and cozy interior, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed that sleeps 2, a 50" Smart TV for entertainment. Additionally, our dedicated workspace is ideal for business travelers who need to get work done. Enjoy blazing-fast internet with speeds up to 300 Mbps — perfect for remote work, streaming, and video calls without interruptions. One of the standout features of our studio apartment is the decorated and cozy balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the Dubai city skyline, including a view of the iconic Burj Khalifa. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the spectacular views while sipping a cup of coffee or enjoying a meal. The bathroom in our apartment is equipped with a bathtub and a refreshing rain shower, while the fully-equipped kitchen comes with top-quality stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, coffee machine, rice cooker, blender, toaster, and more. We provide 1 allocated free parking space for our guests, as well as additional free parking for visitors.
