Other things to note The apartment has a private and illuminated balcony, on which you can find a small table and two chairs, where you can smoke (forbidden in the house) and/or relax. The apartment has air conditioning, but a portable fan is also provided for those who prefer it. NOTE FOR LONG STAYS At the beginning of the stay, a first supply of oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar, coffee, tea, as well as various detergents, toilet paper and paper towels is left. All these consumables will be charged to the customer when they run out. Periodic cleaning is not included: the customer is required to personally provide for it and not to leave the apartment in poor condition.
