The ranch is rural, quiet, and peaceful. A nice place to rest on your way to Las Vegas or the Grand Canyon. Enjoy the Arizona skies at dusk and star gaze at night. Kitchen is available to use for cooking or we do have BBQ's available for use. There is a pool to cool off in from May until September depending on the weather. The roads entering the property are bumpy, but we are only 3/4 of a mile off of the 93 freeway. Dolan Springs is 5 miles for groceries and supplies. Weekly/Monthly Sale! We are 5 miles from Dolan Springs, AZ which has a grocery store and several restaurants. I do recommend getting supplies in Las Vegas or Kingman. We welcome you! I recommend getting food and supplies on your way either in Las Vegas, NV or Kingman, AZ. Hypoallergenic mattress encasements, professionally cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Our gate is always closed as this is open grazing country. It is locked at dark. My sister Kim lives on property and will meet/unlock gate if you arrive after dark. We will show you the tour of the house and if you need anything please ask. We do our best to provide excellent service. The kitchen, dining area, and laundry room are there to use. We are the only home on Bonita Road, therefore, it is a dirt road, and has some rough spots on the way in! This road is not maintained by the county, it is bumpy so drive slowly. We are 5 miles from Dolan Springs, 20 miles from Chloride, AZ, 45 minutes from Lake Mohave, and 1 hour from the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Also, 43 miles from Hoover Dam/Lake Mead. Car or Truck, many folks in this area enjoy quads and dirt bikes, many trails for riding. We have ample space if someone brings a trailer with toys. We have a swimming pool (open May-Sept), BBQ, full kitchen stocked with basic condiments and spices, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and Dish TV. Thanks Guest access The gate is always closed due to open grazing in the area and you might see cattle sometimes. Enter the gate, close it and proceed to the house. During your stay Kim is the onsite host and gives a good tour of the house and property. Kim stays in her apartment which is adjacent to the garage so she is available to answer questions or assist you to ensure your stay is everything you need it to be. Other things to note In the summers, always be aware of your surroundings as there are desert creatures in the area. Stay hydrated and bring sunscreen. Also, this is a 3 bedroom home and we do have campsites available as well.
