We welcome you all year round in this cottage for 2 to 4 people for one night (off season except long weekends) or a week and + (summer from July). This cottage includes a 140 bed and a 140 sofa bed. It is part of L'Orillonnaise which also includes a 10-person cottage visible under the title family and warm cottage_25 min from Futuroscope. The 2 cottages are completely independent. A terrace with private jacuzzi that can be used all year round awaits you. The space Your accommodation is part of L'Orillonnaise: a set of 2 cottages located in Mavaux in the small village of Oyré. Each cottage can be rented together or separately. L'Orillonnaise is 25 minutes from Futuroscope, 1 hour from Beauval Zoo, the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, 15 minutes from the Roche-Posay Thermal Baths and 45 minutes from Tours or Poitiers. New! On reservation, special lovers' package: bottle of champagne, appetizers, linens (sheets, towels and bathrobes): 50 euros to be paid on site. The majority of the furniture in the small cottage has been restored by me. Bed linen and cleaning are not included in the price. Guest access Parking and secure key box (if arriving late) on site. Other things to note Linens are not provided unless you order a romantic package (€50) or a linen package at €15/bed (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath and pool towels, dish towels). The cleaning in the cottage will be carried out in its entirety under penalty of additional costs, i.e. 50 euros in the form of a deposit which will be cashed only in case of cleaning not carried out. Any breakage must be reported and compensated. Trash cans must be taken out and dishes cleaned and put away. Glass will be placed in the glass containers provided for this purpose in the village (party room, soccer stadium, restaurant square). No parties are allowed in the cottage. Each additional person over 4 will be charged 20 euros/day.
