This stunning three bedroom apartment is a perfect blend of style, functionality and convenience making it perfect for the family holidaymakers, executive business people or even just a relaxing staycation in the city. Featuring a spacious and modern design this apartment has been built and styled for ultimate comfort. Thoughtfully furnished and equipped throughout to make your stay stress free and ensure you’re feeling right at home from the moment you cross the threshold. The space Deliberately equipped to accommodate both short-stay and long-stay travellers, the apartment is fully self contained including an updated kitchen that will delight any home chef, as well as complete laundry facilities. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances as well as Nespresso coffee pod machine with complimentary pods, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery so if you don’t want to eat out you can cook up a storm and enjoy eating alfresco with views over the golf course. Our apartment has three bedrooms, each equipped with high quality furnishings, Sheridan bedding and loads of wardrobe space. The master enjoys an oversized queen bed with funky lighting & LCD TV, and the remaining two rooms feature queen size beds with bedside tables, reading lamps & double built-in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, with the walk through robe leading to his-and-hers basins in the fully renovated ensuite, plus a deep soaking tub in the brand new main bathroom. The apartment has been fitted out to accommodate a family, or three couples with portacot and high chair available apon request. An inflatable queen size Eurobed is also available upon request. The Facilities Located inside the complex is a pool with plenty of space for sunbathing or splashing around, as well as a Gym if you want to fit in a quick work out. We have one car space in the underground carpark, however there is also additional street parking in front of the building. The Location Situated on Smith Street, our apartment sits on the fringe of Darwin City- close enough to walk everywhere, but not so close that you can hear the thumping beats along Mitchell Street on a Saturday night. There’s always something to do in Darwin, so leave the car and take a stroll 2 MINUTE WALK • The local IGA with bottlemart is just next door so it’s not far to go for extra bread, milk, or the all important beers! • Nirvana Restaurant- A popular Darwin Restaurant, Nirvana will put you in a trance with its combination of tasty Asian cuisine, sumptuous and eclectic décor and impressive wine selection. • Smoke & Oak - Darwin's newest cocktail and whisky experience.
