The house is very bright inside and steps away from downtown Mt Dora. It’s in the middle of everything but still very private and peaceful. There is a master bedroom with a fireplace (non functional) and sitting room. The second bedroom is small with a queen bed. There is a Florida sitting room as well as a private porch overlooking the streets of Mt Dora. Cable and high speed internet included. You will be sent your code to access the property prior to your arrival. We want you to enjoy your privacy but are just a text away if you need anything at all! There is office space on the the second floor which has its own private entrance. The office space and living space are completely separate with their own private entrances and do not have access to each other. Mount Dora is a laid back relaxing city with and Old Florida living style. The small town environment is home to many nice restaurants and boutiques. No need to drive into town and try to find parking... you will be steps from it! There is parking for one car (maybe 2) and parking on the street as well as two nearby public parking areas. Your are within walking distance to everything downtown Mount Dora.
